Someone please tell me there's a pop up tongue spotted in Pacific Centre!!
This is a photo of BMO Field set up for football, with a capacity of 25000. If a stage is set up, it would most likely be in the endzone with the scoreboard. CFL field is 110 yards long with 20 yard endzones. I'm sure the stage would come out to the 20-25 yard line. Based on this configuration, I can't see it even holding 30000.
If Rogers is already booked, then I can see a setup similar to the SARS concert.
Free concert - goodbye to North America. Maybe AC/DC, The Who and Metallica included.... let's start the rumors

Pop-Up Rolling Stone Statues Hint At Exciting Upcoming News
Concert? New music? Announcement?

Those passing through the Eaton Centre and Union Station have recently spotted statues, like the one in the photo above, that hint at some seriously wild news.
The statues show The Rolling Stones icon supported by a base with the date “06 29 2019” written on it. As of now we’re stuck with a few guesses of what this could possible mean…An upcoming show? A new album?
There’s no official confirmation about what these statues mean, but our fingers are crossed it has something to do with a visit from this legendary Rock N’ Roll band sometime in the future.
The Stones will be on the U.S leg of their “No Filter Tour” from April to June this year and we can’t help but notice the detail of the hashtag below these statues: “#STONESNOFILTER”
If your mind is already buzzing with questions, we suggest tuning into Rock 95 Monday morning. Rumour has it they’ll have some information on the matter around 8:00 am on February 11th.

BMO might not be "big" capacity wise, but like all of the US shows save Jazz Fest, the stage will be built on a football field.

BMO field would hold approximately 40K with a full field of seats. It seems random to add the date, but is it possible they also play the Jazz fest in Montreal on early July?

They can go back to Downsview and play a much better show than they did at Sarsfest. They truly got blown off the stage that day.
Molson Park in Barrie?
Or possibly Toronto Island. Bitch to get to and from but would fit 45,000+. I saw Arcade Fire there several years ago.
