STP-
My conclusion is based on what else is out there that they haven't released? 2019 is the 50th anniversary of Altamont and the Hyde Park shows. No word on those shows being released. Somehow I can't see Altamont being released at this point. If they wanted to release it, they would have already. Hyde Park has been released on DVD in the past already.
Besides Charlie is My Darling soundtrack how many pre 1969 shows were recorded? I'd think most of us would love a show from '66 but the question is does a full show exist? From '69 on ever tour has been covered in some form or is scheduled to be released. Most of my bootlegs from '67 tour are VERY rough. There is a great '66 Hawaii show but it is cut and not complete.

I already mentioned El Macambo from '77 and Altamont. What else is potentially out there besides the scrapped (for now) '72 Phili and maybe a '69 NY show? I'd love more releases from the 60's and 70's but I just don't know what else is out there.

The DVD/Bluray is not the complete show. I think the point being made is that, short of the 2CD bootleg, Hyde Park '69 has not been officially released as a full show.

You've got some great points. Though the Roundhouse show is from '71, and there should be enough fottage to finally release a full '69 show on film/dvd. Also I bet Let It Bleed would be released with some bonus material. Parts of Miami pop festival, MSG, Boston, Baltimore Altamont and London '69 were filmed. Then there is the 1970 tour of Eurpope, the full Roundhouse, any show from '72, Perth, LA, and Sidney from 73 etc. The list just goes on...

Throw in 1973...the Australian tour. What a great transition between the hard, fast rock of '72 and the sweet finesse of '73 Europe/Brussels. The Perth show is absolutely incredible...

Deltics, thanx for the Hyde Park article.
I always wondered about more stuff from that gig.
Has the BBC ever been asked about this?

It was filmed by Granada, part of the ITV network, not the BBC.

But still, same question.Do we know about this?
There must have been inquiries over the years. Its one of their most famous concerts. Would be great to find more film material.

Regarding Detroit August 31, 2005.
We'd hope they have rights to it.
A Bigger Bang is due to come out of the vault - something from a usa stadium.
