..., and the two double albums. That is where I really learned about him.
For some reason I always loved the 'Initiation" album the most.

Can you point out one or two more albums? I only checked him out briefly way way back in the Utopia days (there was a bit of a hype about him) but was slightly underwhelmed back then.

"A Wizard A True Star" and "Something/Anything" are those two doubles.

Actually, A Wizard A True Star is a very long single disc, while "Todd" is a double (and a rare instance of one that doesn't have a gatefold cover.

I rate Hermit of Mink Hollow a lot higher. It's a break from the excess of Utopia, and he does EVERYTHING on that record. Writes the songs, plays all the instruments and sings all the vocals. Produces and engineers the album as well.
It's Todd setting his mind to being commercial, and yet he doesn't sacrifice substance.

I'd put it right after Something/Anything, and above A Wizard A True Star.

video: [www.youtube.com] So Todd was snubbed by the corporate hacks that run the RRHOF. Not that surprised. He's not a big fan of theirs. Fan vote is total B.S.-publicity stunt. Don't like that place either-been there couple times-won't return. Here is Joe Walsh's take on it 2 months ago-funny stuff.
