So LD's are still available for Houston and Chi 2, but once there, I can't click on the "Get Tickets" green button. It's shaded out. Help!

That means there are none available at the moment. Just keep trying. You are waiting for someone to return a pair. So you have to be extra lucky!

The limit is just a per show requirement.

You can contact Ticketmaster via e-mail, as stated before by other users. A friend of mine just received this reply from TM:

"Thanks for reaching out! We are very sorry to hear you cannot attend the event. We can add someone else's name to the order so they can pick them up at the concert with their ID, the order number, and a photo of the credit card showing the last 4 numbers of the card. Please reply with their full name."

BTW, this and none of the add-on codes listed above seem to be working for Pasedena. Topi, have you seen anything for Pasedena?

This is new for them.. likely a result of the postponement with so many requests etc.
I guess the key is trusting someone with a copy of the credit card, although it does state a copy showing only the last four numbers.. Nice!!
