So to be clear the only way you access lucky dip is by clicking the ticket button on rolling stones.com and then it redirects you to Ticketmaster or can you just go directly to Ticketmaster? ....
No, I do not think that is how it is.
From what I understand.... The official site will not bring up the LDs.

I think during 'official' Lucky Dip release times (sometime during first day of general sale etc...maybe another time a week before show) this is true. The button will appear on the Stones website and redirect you to a special Ticketmaster order page preloaded with the Lucky Dips in your cart.

The Lucky Dips we're seeing now are probably returns. Kind people here on IORR captured these links direct to where the original Stones website Lucky Dip button took us on ticket master....thus if there are suddenly returned LDs, they will be available in our cart.

I think....

how low are these tickets 'dipping'? I saw some in Boston nosebleeds for $169. Is that a 'lucky dip'? I mean based on the rest of the pricing, I'm thinking yes...

Lucky Dips are around $25, you have to buy 2, and all in with fees $110.

I've still yet to see any LDs pop up but it's interesting/strange that using the links posted earlier in this thread, for Chi1 and Sea I got the "oo no, these tickets went fast" message, while for Chi2 I always get taken to the purchase page for LD but there isn't any option to actually purchase.

That is exactly what I am seeing too. The Chi1 gets my hopes every time,
even though I know what will probably show up on the next page (all gray nothing available).

I guess we just have to keep coming back... and trying again... and again... verging on insanity
(doing the same thing over and over, getting the same result, but hoping/expecting for something different

Yesterday I had 2 Lucky Dips in my cart for Foxborough 3 different times! Someone beat me to the checkout, though!

I paid $29 each face value, and $76 once fees added in.

No. If it's a Lucky Dip you won't know where your seats (or PIT!) are until you pick up tix at venue.

With a very heavy heart I'm going to ask for a refund for my 2+2 lucky dips for Santa Clara in the following minutes smiling smiley
So I assume these tickets will go on for sale. Anyone who is interested must act now!

Also if you want to help a fellow fan like me I need LD or Field tickets (2) for MIami!

Chi1, the only show I can make, is proving impossible. I've a feeling I might have to hold out for a late bargain for this one.

Greedy question here....

But if I was already going to a show with modestly good seats but wanted to purchase Lucky Dip tickets for a chance to see where and if these new seats were upgraded over my previous purchased seats. Would there be time to sell my originally purchased tickets before I am allowed into the stadium? Just a thought

Yes, you pick up your Lucky Dips and leave. You don't have to go straight into the venue.

the way it's being organized seem depends on the local organisators. Sometimes you are escorted into the venue, sometimes the ticket booth is outside, sometimes you have to get in before the hand you the tickets etc

In EU and UK you could pick up tickets and go back to hotel, bar, etc. Box Office opened at 12pm usually. And this was ALL venues.

True.
Definitely can't count on that here.
Last US tour (Zip Code) and also Vegas '16, that was not the case.
Most venues had you go in immediately with your LD partner. It was hit or miss on Zip Code, depending on the venue. Hope it's a little looser this time.. but I doubt it.

Do you think the box office will be overrun with activity due to the postponement and people coming up with questions about their tickets?

NOT in Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Berlin (but in Munich and Stuttgart).

I wouldn't anticipate larger crowds at box office than usual.
People attending are well aware their tickets are good and/or electronic tix already have date changed, so not a lot of questions to be asked. May be a few that need clarification, but negligible.

but watch out – LD tickets cannot be pick up as the usual box offices. There is a special counter for LDs (and usually there's only one!)

Can you have multiple tries at the Dip? To try and get the best tix?

One pair per show? or one pair for the whole tour?

Thanks!

Wasn't looking too good, but I was feeling real well.

But at the lucky dip counter - you can ask for another try, right? If you get tickets you don't like, you can give them back and ask for another try?
