CAREFUL: Ticketmaster Pricing Problem

I tried for Miami and got some platinum pit at a decent price ready to order. It showed them at one price, they were secured and just before I clicked the buy button it showed them at $200 more per ticket. When I went back and redid it and got them at the original platinum price and went to checkout it added the $200 per ticket again. This was not fees, this was a price increase during the checkout phase. If I had not double checked I would have been paying the higher price than I had secured them at. I knew there are fees, and this was not a fee, it was a higher ticket price than I secured. I rejected the order and I will patiently (yeah right) try again later. BE VERY CAREFUL AND CHECK THE FINAL PRICE BEFORE YOU CLICK PLACE ORDER.

that's how they got their name - ticketbastards
but they call it 'dynamic pricing'…

Well you might be right. Today I got right in and bought pit for Miami and Jackson for $500 plus fees. Presale I did not refresh and waited until it opened waiting room on 5he hour and I saw 2000+ ahead of you. but not today when I got in waiting room early. I’m hoping for Houston and Chicago now and in waiting room.

Having a terrible time here trying to get Miami tickets.

Everything on the floor (apart from GA) is platinum. No PIT available apart from the occasional platinum at $1540 each. They don't even have any VIP packages for sale.

Strangely, if you select 'Top Seats' on the right side of the screen, it lists 'PIT AREA' tickets for sale even though the pit is shaded grey. The platinum price has been as low as $850 and as high as $1900.

Miami Concert

I just scored Lucky Dip Tix for a total of $81.00 for two. Of course this is risky. However, Gen admission for Lower level possibly obstructed view were going as high as 800 dollars

Chicago #1 and Houston....2000 plus in front of me

I got two browsers for CHI, into the waiting room promptly at 9:30CST, 2000+ in front of me in both. Neither is really moving yet either, which is a bad sign. Sigh...

15 minutes in, still behind 2,000+ in line, and my little man is completely exhausted from walking in place non-stop. This is so effing lame. Looks like secondary market for me, wich is ok since I'll probably end up saving money but I do prefer the option rather than basically being forced into that decision.

I've been securing my verified tickets for about 10 minutes now. That can't be a good sign.

After waiting 20 minutes no Lucky Dip available for Chicago 1 at this time.

30 minutes now, still behind 2,000+ people in the waiting room. Also tm kindly informed me at 10:21 that:

"Due to high demand, ticket availability is extremely limited. You may find more ticket options available for platinum, single, and upper level seating as you shop"

This is completely absurd, total BS.

Well I dd ok getting about half the tix I wanted. Scored Jackson, Miami and 8 GA for first Chicago. Ticketmaster/technology/crowd beat me and I will have to continue to look for Chicago II and Houston. Even if it was not all perfect, its a good day when planning for a Stones show!

Perhaps an important tip for those like me who have a non-US Ticketmaster account - I could sign into the US Ticketmaster using my Australian account no problem, but found myself with an issue with the waiting room today where after finally progressing to the end of the queue, despite being signed in Ticketmaster I was redirected back to the home page with a warning that I was not on the correct Ticketmaster website and it advised me to change my domain, losing my spot in queue! I logged back into Ticketmaster again and updated my Country of Residence and Zip Code on my profile to be the US (but I didn't update my address / billing info) and the next time the wait list succeeded. This may have been something which only affects certain accounts, but I thought it might be worth sharing my experience!

One thing I'm curious about is that the dynamic pricing is giving me different prices in different browsers! At the moment, I can get a pit for NJ 2 for $755 in one browser and $1500 in another!

Yes, you'll see Pit tickets go from $1000 to $1499 and then back down all in the time it takes to move your cursor.

Philly floor Sec. F7, row 2 is still $400.

So if you find those elusive $200 reserved field seats, consider how many crappy ones are $400. (Just for comparison).

No. This happened to me yesterday and others said so too. Probably no go, but hold out as long as you want, just in case.

Couldn't get Miami pits for less than 850.
Gave up and bought lower sides for face.

While I am sure I could have done better if I held out longer I wanted to know I was in the pit, Keith side, so I bought Platinum Pit/Keith for $650 for Jax and for $700 for Philly. Feel good about the lack of stress between now and the shows even though could possibly have saved a couple hundred for each show. To me it wasn't worth the continual checking of ticketmaster and stubhub. Rather just be done and wait for the shows! Good luck everyone.

Been trying both Chicago shows for a while now.
A complete waste of time.
Only extremly overpriced platinum tickets available.
Think I'll just wait to winter/spring when they probably release cheaper tickets.

I hope I keep being lucky
My LD results for the No Filter tour 2017/18 were:
Hamburg 2017 – pit
Munich 2017 - pit
Düsseldorf 2017 - GA
Dublin 2018 – pit (with tricks)
London I 2018 - gold circle, but I made it into the pit
London II 2018 - gold circle, but I made it into the pit
Berlin 2018 - pit (like nearly everybody else)
Stuttgart 2018 – gold circle seating, but I made it into the pit
Prage 2018 – only GA (since the fuc*ed up the LD allocation at the venue and I was too tried to react/complain)

Same here. I wasn't even in to look at tix until >45 minutes in the virtual line. Complete waste of time. Now getting same trying for Denver. 2k+ in front of me in 2 browsers.

Has anyone been kicked out for multiple browsers? I can't say I've seen any mention of it.
