Got lucky dips for metlife2. I am SO HAPPY! Couldn’t do airfare plus $$$ tickets, so this is fantastic. Here’s hoping they won’t be super horrible seats!

If you are using CHROME get Internet Explorer up instead. Chrome put me in 2000+ queue but Internet explorer went straight through!

Anyone have any advice on what to do when "Sit tight, we're securing your Verified Tickets..." is spinning for 10+ minutes?

The listing doesn't matter, it's just for system purposes. I think the Copenhagen Lucky Dips said No Filter Pit and I ended up at the far back wall, haha.

Had plans to grab some for my dads Christmas gift and with them being cheaper than I intended my mom suggested we get 4 instead of the 2.

I scored 2 sets for Orlando Zip code Tour, TM cancelled one later. You can try it but better use different name/CC. There will be more LD, I got the Orlando ones 6 hours later when they popped up on RS.com. They will even show up weeks/months later.

My guess is that the Lucky Dip, however noble it might seem, is designed purely to fill the building. So, they won't know where are your tickets are located until the event approaches and all of the tickets have been sold and they can fill in the blanks so to speak.
For a stadium show it's difficult to tell how many pairs of Dips they could sell based on the logistics of each ticket holder coming to pick them up.

Got in the waiting room on Chrome at 9:40, and an hour later, I'm at 75%... Crazy. My phone's Ticketmaster app took five minutes.

Hint: don't use a mac. I get shown pit tickets for 900+ my girlfriend on an old windows laptop for 700.

I just checked, They cancelled 2nd Lucky Dip almost 2 months later!

I got into the waiting room early for the East Coast shows and it worked out great as I got the tix I wanted. Getting into the waiting room early helped me avoid 2000 ahead of you. I’m in waiting room now for 2xChicago and Houston.

usually: yes + a matching photo ID etc

how it's acctually done differs from venue to venue (and there is no way to tell how things are handed locally)

My story so far...

Had left windows for each venue presale open last night. Got up this morning and there were 499 pits available for Chicago!! But when I tried to buy one, 'presale finished'...

NJ... with about 9 different browser/tabs open, I actually got through reasonably quickly on some of them. Saw a 499 pit for NJ 1!! But when putting it in my basket 'someone else had bought it'...
Have got LDs for both NJ shows very easily (actually timed out once while searching and was able to buy again). Now I keep searching for a pit for NJ 2 and wait for Chicago...

Can't gift them I'm afraid. Buyer has to pick them up. ID and CC checked. Buyer needs to be one of the two going.

Getting in early doesn't matter, you are assigned a spot in the line randomly, not based on time in the waiting room.
