They'll try and sell the majority of the Pit tickets as VIPs first. Once they have a handle on the demand, you'll see more Pit tickets on TM and StubHub at market prices.

In NJ there are so many tickets popping up. Also pit and GA.

Proper price pit ($500) or platinum/vip pit ($1500)? I was only finding the latter so I've given up.

Not too shabby, sorry you lost 'em. I haven't seen anything close in CHI. I think AMex tix to the rear of the floor were $245 or $295, only saw them once and can't remember now.

When do they usually announce the added shows - like for NJ and Chicago? We might have a leg up in anticipating those if they are added without much advance notice.

Scored Foxboro tickets too. Buying tickets today was pretty easy.

Sometimes almost immediately after the tickets go on sale (within an hour or two)

where can I choose the eticket option ?

I made a try with a ticket and choosed USA for billing address and it was written: the ticket will be delivered within 14 days after purchase.
After it I had to put the credit card info and billing address info.
I did not do that because have fear the transaction will start. (I do not want that ticket ,just wanted to see where can I tick the e ticket option)

Will pop up the eticket option after it ?

After an hour and 20 minutes in front of the computer, finally got 2 tix on the field (back) for US 134 each for Boston.

Every tour I hate the ticket sale system more and more.....

Unless you get a Pit ticket that is non-VIP I wouldn't buy anything today. Look at how few sections are available in each venue...

Started 'waiting' around 10:30, got in to Foxboro sale around 11 just to poke around and see what was available, ended up grabbing a rear of field GA for $145. Completely happy with that. Now the wait begins....

Well here's to waiting till Friday when there are more available and better options.

Yes.

The option of delivery came up after the point you are referring to....at least for me, it did.

After the tickets are booked, you have the options of "delivery" (by mail costs $$$, e-tickets do not)....then you have the option of "insurance"....which also costs $$$.

my point is, there are other things to tack onto the final price BEFORE the "Final Transaction" begins.

That was my experience, at least....Foxboro tix.

I got exactly the tickets I was looking for. I got in right away, and here's how I did it:

Here are the details. I had 5 browsers running on two PCs -- would have had 6 browsers, but Ticketmasher whined about Firefox needing an upgrade on one PC. All 5 browsers had the concert page loaded and ready to roll. I noticed that the Chrome browser on one machine had switched to an "Enter Waiting Room" button, which I immediately clicked. I got the "2000+ ahead of you" message, so I went through each of the other browsers to do the same (some required refreshing the page to make the button visible). By the time I had entered the waiting room on the last browser, the first one was already counting down (by 150-200 every 30-60 seconds, or so). All of the other browsers, just sat on the 2000+ message. The first browser let me in, asked for the password (MIDNIGHT), then let me check off each of the ticket types I was interested in. I zoomed in the map to the section and row I wanted and selected seats that I had hoped for. I was checking out by 10:06.

After I completed the purchase, I began to hear the other browsers chime as I made it out of those entries in the waiting room. The browsers went in the same sequence out as they went in, so apparently there was no advantage to having multiple browsers & PCs running. The only difference was in the time spent in the waiting room, which naturally increased with each attempt.

My only complaint is that we didn't have complete pricing information in advance. Some VIP seats were about half what I expected them to be.
