Nashville 02

I've finally finished mixing my recording of Nashville during the Licks tour but I need help with one thing...

When I recorded it I was using an excellent sharp minidisc recorder in SP mode, meaning I had to switch discs. Unfortunately my seats were directly infront of security guards (seat 1, row 1, left side of the stage, right under the PA. cleanest sound I've ever heard in my life. A+++++). I'm not ballsy enough to change discs while a security guard is standing 2 feet from me so I went to the restrooms during Keith's set. If I had known they were gonna do Sympathy that night instead of Rambler I would have changed discs then.

I know other recordings exist of that show. Can anyone provide me with a FLAC of Keith's set? I just need that section of the show to have a complete recording. Basically the last few lines of the band intros to the beginning of Sympathy.

I'll post a sample here pretty soon but I'd love to get the whole recording out in complete form for everyone to enjoy. It was a pretty killer show and the performance on the bstage was amazing. IMHO, it contains the best versions of IORR, Little Red Rooster and Brown Sugar, ever. Not to say the main stage wasnt great, just that they were on fire when the bstage hit. It was one of the few times when Ronnie and Keith were balanced in the PA mix. The exile set on the main stage was excellent too.

If I cant get ahold of the Keith set I'll just release the incomplete show. Its worth hearing.

Drake,

write me your AIM name and let me know when you will be online. I'm in central Europe (it's 9 a.m.) and I could be online in about 12 hours (or maybe earlier on your request) and provide you both Keith-tracks. I HOPE they're complete but as far as I can remember they are!

please reply to silkcut1978@inode.at
