Just watching this gig on BBC i player.Delighted to hear that the full show is coming out on Nov 30.
I was lucky enough to be at this gig up close and personal and surviving the crush.Remember been blown away by his stunning performance, and how fit and beautiful he was in the flesh. And what a set he played!
It’s the first time I have seen any of this performance.Just realise what an epic gig it really was.Just really glad to have be there.Appreciate it now even more, some eighteen years later.
Gonna dig out my diary for that year and recall some more memories .
Anybody else out there at this gig ?

Damn, what a phenomenal setlist:

1. Wild Is The Wind
2. China Girl
3. Changes
4. Stay
5. Life On Mars?
6. Absolute Beginners
7. Ashes To Ashes
8. Rebel Rebel
9. Little Wonder
10. Golden Years
11. Fame
12. All The Young Dudes
13. The Man Who Sold The World
14. Station To Station
15. Starman
16. Hallo Spaceboy
17. Under Pressure

Encore:
18. Ziggy Stardust
19. Heroes
20. Let's Dance
21. I'm Afraid Of Americans

And the he also did a phenomenal set a few days earlier at Glastonbury Calling. I've seen it before, that Hours record is extremely underrated. I think its one of his best latter day era efforts. Sad it never got his due.

1. Life on Mars?
2. Survive
3. Ashes to Ashes
4. Seven
5. Thursday's Child
6. Stay
7. Always Crashing in the Same Car
8. Something in the Air
9. The Pretty Things Are Going to Hell
10. Changes
11. Rebel Rebel

Encore:
12. Cracked Actor
13. I'm Afraid of Americans

He also did a great gig at the BBC Theatre circa the time of Glastonbury.

As much as a love The Stones, the setlists are so boring, always the same songs.
That's the difference with Bowie, he plays old and recent songs.
I saw him on his last tour 5 times, and 5 times completely differerent setlist.
And this Glastonbury setlist, it's a dream setlist.
Let there more things come out like this.
