You must be so relieved to have Frosty home. “It’s all over now Babyblue”

I am can't understand where she was for 3 days. Very glad she's home.

Yes that is a long time to be missing. Where I live there are coyotes which
venture into the neighborhood - so even though my dogs are not small (they are
Australian Shepards) we are still carful not to leave them alone outdoors for
too long.

I just let my dog run around woods/bush and do her thing. If I put her on a leash she sometimes won't pee, etc. I do now take her out on a leash, sometimes take leash off but I stay with her. She is doing good. Her mom is a Australian sheep dog. She's a lab/ border collie, such a pretty dog, well mannered.

My own Jess passed away last year. She was a border collie.Haven't listened to the B side of Brown Sugar since, without a tear in my eye.

Ughhhh,I’m so sorry babyblue, losing one of your fur babies is the worst.its like a part of you dies with them.
I have dogs that I lost years ago that I still think about almost every day.
God bless,it will get better with time.whats that Willie Nelson lyric”it’s not something you get over but you get through.”

Ok it is 4:00 in the morning here in Stuart Florida - I took a picture and I tried to download Photobucket and it asked me for my credit card this is worse than dealing with a tax collector. Where are the free easy to use site to transfer cell pics to site for conversion to post?

Or am I really off course?

Please advise The damn Weather is important to me!!

babyblue, maybe you could edit/change your first post to - "panic over, she's back" - or something................as it reads now, anyone clicking on your thread will read that Frosty is an ex Frosty and is in heaven with an ex parrot - (sorry Brit humour ............ [www.youtube.com]

Hi folks,I'm feeling down.My heart has a hole. My dear dog and companion of 13 years is in heaven now. She's been a perfect friend.Goodbye Frosty I love you til we meet again.

This was the first post of this thread. Why wouldn't anyone thought your beloved dog passed?

And the thread title should have been "My beloved dog is missing, hopefully she is ok." Many folks in this room thought she had passed. Many of us are dog lovers in this forum. I'm glad she is ok and hope that you learn from this experience.

Yeah, usually people put up posters, check local shelters, veterinarians, and hope for the best. All dogs should be micro chipped and hopefully supervised. Now the dog is "not well"? I think I'll be skipping this thread.
