I used to think that the first lead vocal we hear is Jagger, maybe sped up a little. But that's not him; esp. because we hear Jagger a little bit later.
Who is that?
And who does the part "..play the Blues, play the Blues everybody. The Rolling Stones are a great f&ckin group ( thats a lotta sh*t) then I heard the group, now I know their a lot of sh*t"

Yes that is what I think too. It's three guys who take over the mike: probably Gene - doing the bit about Andrew on the hill, then
Spector - Play the Blues..
Jagger - singing

You can hear Nash in the choir.
