I believe he has the flu and is recovering. There are rumors they canned the Australia/New Zealand leg because of ticket sales but I've heard conflicting info on that.

Kiss is all about money these days...and they got mine, just bought a regular "fosse" ticket for the Paris show!

KISS has announced that David Lee Roth will be opening for them on the next leg of their tour which looks like mostly secondary US markets. DLR is also doing a stint in Vegas next month.
I'm sure there will be lots of talk about who's voice is worse, his or Paul Stanley's! If DLR would just sing the songs like he does on the album instead of trying to sing in a higher key, it'll be okay. Would be awesome of Mike Anthony joined him, his harmony vocals are what is missing. All the rumours about Eddie's health, hopefully he's well.

Got my tix for DLR in Vegas on 3-18.

Had been on the fence for the Kiss show in Dayton since it's a work day for me, but it took me about 5 minutes after hearing Dave would open to pull the trigger on a seat for that one, too...

Now I have Dave in Vegas, The Who in Highland Heights and now Billy Joel in Cincinnati and Kiss/DLR in Dayton three days apart in September... This is why I'd like The Stones to drop the dates on us, so I can prioritize!

And now Motley and the Lepps finally announce gigs in my neck of the woods...

Boy oh boy...DLR and Paul yowling off-key into the mic for 3 hours back-to-back? Not sure I could stomach that.

I got to see KISS at the Hardrock Casino in Tulsa a few years back at a very small venue....very small. It was a show promoting a new Casino they were a part of.

Not a big stage. Just a KISS playing their music.

They were great to see and hear. Great show.

I saw Van Halen when DLR was with them several years ago. He is an idiot and very hard to watch. Not sure I can.

Just watched the pre show preparation for this Dubai gig and then the highlights of the show.Those guys rocked big time!

But $50 for the same set that wasn't really worth $30 to see live in March? Pass.

So serious! Lighten up! It was humour aimed at the man who markets KISS caskets, condoms, etc.

They were caught lip syncing on their last tour. I would rather walk on
broken glass than attend a KISS concert.
