Over 50% of Billboard charts are streams nowadays, including the albums chart, mostly on the 101-200 positions.
Hot Rocks is on the Billboard 200 since May thanks to all the streams for Paint It Black, Gimme Shelter, SFTD and all the songs on the album, with all the others compilations out of print its their weekly best selling album, all the streams points are going to Hot Rocks.

I noticed that too! When I first heard it I thought: "wow, those drums have held up over the years". They probably threw some drum samples under there, I'll listen closer next time it's on.
Something I can never do is take songs out of their historical context. Songs like She's A Rainbow, and the Beach Boys' Good Vibrations are part of the psychedelic era. I can't imagine how the fresh ears of youth interpret these songs.

Over 33 million youtube views now so well over a million since yesterday! Lots of comments asking who sings the song. We'll see if it charts even higher next week in Billboard! I think Backstreet Girl would be another good song for this type of commercial.

I've seen both commercials on TV, the Acura one is getting pretty heavy airplay right now, in fact I just heard it which prompted me to jump on IORR to see if it was already mentioned.
Last time I remember this song being used was during the IMAC commercials around 2000 when they had all those cute (and totally underpowered, useless) coloured computers.
Again, great commercials. The song is an underappreciated beauty.
