hey there. this has been a fun thread the past few years. so, what's everybody thinking? my seahawks are maybe in trouble this year but coach carroll may have some tricks in his twilight years. he's got a bunch hungry young guys competing & a top tier quarterback. anything can happen. i'm bummed about the earl thomas situation as he's my favorite player. he does have a point though. my other team, the raiders, shpuld be interesting. the brits on the forum should go see them play each other at the tottenham stadium in october. hope everyone has a good season. let the posts begin & please remember: let's keep it fun. personal attacks aren't fun!

rams are looking good

the jets could end up being a sleeper team. offense looks good so far

I live near Seattle and am always pulling for the Seahawks. I don’t think they’ll be very good this year but who knows? Last year we traveled to Green Bay to watch them in the season’s opening game, and we’re considering going to London for the game against the Raiders.

But, if they go up against the Rams, as an LA native and a life-long Rams fan, I’ll always default to the Rams. They could be a powerful force this year. Looking forward to the season!

hope you have fun. i was a raiders fan when i was a kid & they are still my AFC team. they have a couple fine ex seahawks, bruce irvin & BEAST MODE. if i were wealthy & well i would come over to england for the game! on the foreign football front, i've become an arsenal fan. up the gunners & GO HAWKS!

looks like we have a good bunch for the thread this year, should be fun. remember , besides the hated steelers (haha) who was in the super bowl when the stones played. GO HAWKS!

even though its preseason, the nfl channel has a mighty lineup today. both of my teams involved.even the least thrilling (for me) is interesting (DAL/CIN). start off with JAC/MIN, then my Raiders vs LA Rams. on to aforementioned Cowpie game. finally for dessert, my Seahawks vs LA Chargers (still feels weird to write that). Go Raiders, the GO HAWKS! much needed vegetative state for the day. rough week at work as I am covering for a friend who is ill.

Gonna be an interesting season. Foles and Wentz both not 100% to start. Lots of untested young QBs. Saquon Barkley. A 41-year old Brady. Can't wait to see how things shake out.

Not Rodgers' fault by any stretch...GB doesn't give him the pieces he needs.

Bears get Khalil Mack from the Raiders, their biggest signing in a number of years. Earlier I said I hope they can play 500 this year, now I'm hoping they can make the playoffs!
