When an artist tells you his creation came effortlessly you should be on your guard. Sometimes it's either rubbish or unfinished half-baked potentially good work.
He's also said, was it in 1995 Rolling Stone interview that he'd like to do something like that again.

I thought Jagger's joke at the 1st London 2012 show "We're going to play the entire "Satanic Majesty's Request" album now" was kind of slamming. Especially since they didnt play any song from that album.
