If the album comes as part of a ticket bundle (as mentioned here earlier), and the tour starts in April/May, how can the album release be at a later date (late May/early June)?

They won't offer the bundle before late May/early June?

The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind!! smiling bouncing smiley

Maybe a new (exclusive & expensive) Bundle: VIP-Ticket + new Album and you can pick up the new Album at the venue (like the Travel-Kit during the NoFilter-Tour). So first Album-release at Tour-start as Bundle and then the general release for the masses 4 weeks later ....

Have purchased a few concert tix that included a new (or yet to be) release recently
(sitting on five Robert Plant cd's if anyone needs one winking smiley)
If the album isn't officially released by tour time, they can easily have a ship by date, and ship it and/or the download on the official release date. If they go that route, they would undoubtably have a few singles released as well as part of the setlists.

Hey Tim- I am in Denver. Have lived in CO for 15 years now. Saw their last show here (Thanksgiving 2005)- Sure seems like they're overdue! Denver has become a major stop for bands

Hairball is the San Diego Sports Arena (now called Valley View Casino Center)owned by an Indian Casino or tribe from San Diego County?

Yes - Valley View Casino Center

"On October 12, 2010, it was announced that the arena's name had been changed to the "Valley View Casino Center", under a $1.5 million,
5-year agreement between the arena operator AEG, the San Pasqual Band of Diegueno Mission Indians and the city of San Diego"

You can see in this pics it is quite small compared to newer arenas- capacity 14,800 for concerst vs. L.A. Staples Center at 19,000.
I saw the Stones there in 2002 up front, and it was quite a great show w/a great setlist. thumbs upThe Rolling Stones San Diego Sports Arena San Diego, CA, USA Thursday Nov. 14, 2002

I was tenth row for that show and yes it was stellar. The only weak point was Sheryl Crowe.

I sort of liked a song or two of hers randomly heard on the radio prior to the Licks tour, but having seen so many shows with her opening, she wore out her welcome lol.
Ever since then, it's all become a bit of cringeworthy whenever I hear her music.

Ah, the San Diego Sports Arena.....fond memories..

I saw Led Zeppelin there twice in the 70's. While struggling for good seats at their LA Forum shows, San Diego was GA. I was up, against the stage on both occasions. Also, while attending San Diego State University, I worked for a local weekly newspaper in Bonita CA and because of that I was able to get 6th row floor tickets (no GA for that show) for David Bowie...Station to Station Tour....Oh yes, I also saw Queen there right when Night at the Opera was released. The venue was half full.

I certainly hope so, but I must admit the atmosphere and the experience of the European shows, and events around them couldn't be beat! But on par with The Stones show in L.A. in 2013 when I got to hang out with a couple great guys from Australia (they know who they are)!smileys with beer

Hi 35 love! Sparkly Top here smiling smiley What is 411 - lol!!!!

This "locked In " situation reminds of the Paul McCartney song with slightly revised lyrics:

Someone's knockin' at the door
Somebody's ringin' the bell
Someone's knockin' at the door
Somebody's ringin' the bell
Do me a favor
Open the door and let us out
Someone's knockin' at the door
Somebody's ringin' the bell
Someone's knockin' at the door
Somebody's ringin' the bell
Do me a favor
Open the door and let us out yeah, let ltet us out spinning smiley sticking its tongue out
