May be they will do 14 shows East Coast now and then 14 shows phase two later, like they did Europe I and Europe II during 2017 and 2018, in 10 months time. We will see. It seems they have all dates prepared, many dates are for sure optional in case of slow sales, like they replaced Philly-3 with Washington in 2013, or the Manchester/Coventry/Southampton swaps this year. The core tour list should be ready by now, it is up to them when they announce the tour.

Love the idea of two runs.. east coast and then west.
With the first teaser tongue appearing in a western state and the second appearance in an eastern one, splitting it strictly geographically doesn't seem likely.

That's why I've been thinking they'd come back in August/September 2020 when the new Rams' stadium in Inglewood, CA, and the new Raiders' stadium in Vegas are gonna be opening for the 2020 NFL season...

That would bring them to LA and Vegas 4 years after their last gigs there, similar to the Midwest and East last having shows in 2013 and 2015...

Also, if they'd go indoors for arena shows, the new Chase Center in San Francisco opens in 2019 for the Golden State Warriors.

We know The Stones think long-term and are patient, even if we aren't...

Hence, they have a 56-year career!!

NEW YORK - we need to stay calm. Look at 2018! The Stones hit London twice with a stop a different cities in between. And still 200.000 people showed up. It is highly likely that they hit NYC twice. Even with a three night stint in Boston. There are sooooo many people in that area.

There are loads of coach i.e. bus transportation from the Port Authority bus station on 42nd street to Giants Stadium a.k.a. Metlife Stadium, with extra transpoortation on show day. No worries. Still, these days, personally I book stadium close accomodation, there are 4 hotels within 20 minutes walk. Saves you the hazzle of show day travel, you can take a beer in the bar half an hour after the show rather than way past midnight. When the shows are announced all these four hotels will be double or triple price then sold out in a day or so.

I would assume they are working on an East Coast tour with multiple shows in Chicago, Boston and the NYC area. These three cities will take half of the tour, then we will get the rest of the shows at great places. Denver isn't really East Coast, but it is on the east side of the mountains, I guess that is as far west as they will go this time around.

I would love April 20th as tourstart because it's my birthday.

There are trains in and out of NYC / Penn Station to Metlife as well. There is a transfer in Seacaucus. There is an Uber/Lyft pickup/drop off area too.

Really appreciate all the inside info... invaluable.

Return airfares from London to New York can be had for just under £300 for those rumoured dates there. I'm going to find this hard to resist . With the huge local population, I wouldn't be surprised if there were no Lucky Dips for this show. On Zip Code, IIRC Buffalo, the nearest show to New York, was the only show where they didn't sell any.
