Also in Europe in 14 and 18 and 17 would have been the same if it wasn’t for Ronnies health scare so May-July seems to be their favoured time frame.

A bit OT....
Sandy Beach - I think I might have mentioned this to you in the past, but on the south show of Oahu in Hawaii, there's a gnarly bodysurfing/bodyboarding beach known as Sandys aka Sandy Beach. Wondering if that's where you got your username? Spent many a day there myself getting some insane waves - it's the most dangerous beach in Hawaii due to the shallow water and monster shorebreak - lots of broken necks and backs!

Yes. While giant outdoor mega-venues are fun for certain reasons (and I've been to quite a few), there's no denying that indoor venues are truly the optimum for sound, intimacy, etc., and I've been to many of those also. Who knows, but maybe they'll make it extra special and use the Licks format of stadiums, arenas, and theaters for each city...
...doubtful, but ya never know. There's nothing quite like seeing the Stones is a very small club/theater without any bells and whistles/distractions - just the band cranking away right in your face.

Hey guys ! waiting for hot news, but the ROLLING STONES USA TOUR 2019 is almost a deal.
South America put on the table an offer for Buenos Aires and San Pablo months ago, but it was rejected and the answer was: Wait, the priority is the United States.

prior to his career as manager of the stones, Andrew Loog Oldham, tried his hand as an entertainer himself. One of the names he performed under was Sandy Beach.
My guess is that IORR Commentor's name Sandy Beach is a reference to this, but this is just speculation on my part.

From what I’m reading here along with the band’s recent summer tour history,
it sounds like mid May through mid July would be the most likely. If the tour is
primarily outdoor stadiums this makes sense.

Hopefully, all venues will be inside as stadium tours are too chaotic for numerous reasons. In addition, an indoor arena is more intimate and the sound quality is much superior.
