I thought Stuttgart was bad when it comes to Lucky Dips and the way it was organized, but Prague takes the cake.

We turned up late and all they had left was GA! The better tickets had supposedly been given out earlier.

Well, an hour of complaining and begging paid off: they gave me and my buddy Pit B's. In turn I gave my FOS away for free to a board member.

Had to go in, top up my RFID band with money snd go around the whole venue to get into the actual pit, but here I sm and Gotthard is on stage!

Interesting... I thought Lucky Dip was a random thing... A guy picking envelops in a box, like a bingo game....

I would be ok with 30 minutes less of them.

Security a breeze. I should have brought my larger rig. I am in a prime spot for a nice recording. there is a guy with an iorr shirt right behind me. I wonder who it is. I said hi.

I think it's intentionally a bit late because of the heat. The sun will set in like 30 mins behind the stage and warehouse.

Well, we simply complained about them not having anything else left for Lucky Dippers other than GA. So the guy went back and provided us with pits.

So it wasn't by no means random anymore by 5:30. I know full well this is not how it's supposed to go, but was I gonna say no to a pit band? Nope.

daspyknows - good to hear you're in a good spot, we haven't had many recordings recently. Only mine for Marseille and none for Stuttgart last I checked on Dime.
