Croatia the better team by far so far. But trails 2-1 after an own goal and a questionable penalty (after VAR). Mbappe, the new Pelé, has mostly shown falling abilities thus far.

Croatia dominated the first half. France has two goals on one shot. Croatia had plenty of chances to score. They just need to keep up the pressure and they will eventually even if up.

I thought France will win this game, but wanted Croatia to win, so I had to predict for Croatia thinking you were predicting the opposite (for France), this was my one and only chance to get closer to you!

You're right, Sicilian. The referee shouldn't have used VAR here. There was nothing the Croatian defender could do to avoid the touch. No matter the touch, I don't think it was a penalty. France was lucky. All the same, congrats to France. They scored three goals besides the lucky penalty. A good game. Poor Croatia. They deserved better. 4-2, far better than 0-0 and penalties after all...

But would like to mention that Pitana didn't asked for the VAR, he was called and forced to watch it and he took his time and watched it more than one time, I think he had his doubts.

As usual, France doesn't have a good playing but win at the end. We call that "LA CHATTE".
They already have the MELON or the BOULARD but now...
