Yes and I expected it. He does something similar for every show. Green in Ireland, sky blue in Coventry, red at Old Trafford, blue in Scotland etc etc. Charlie is class, in an understated and humble way. Top man.

It was well organised, lot better than Edinburgh.
Only complaint was the beer and wine was too warm, but the pimms with ice was nice and cool, but never saw the links girl again after the concert started.

I LOVE those two Gibsons - especially Ronnies Firebird - a beauty, really!
We’ve had it 3 shows out of 8 so far - London 1, Coventry and Cardiff. Good crowd response at all 3, I felt. It was show starter for all of the Arena shows on the Licks Tour in 2002/3 yet Brown Sugar got the nod for all the stadium shows on the same tour.
I think it works very well in a Stadium - it’s s bona fide Stones anthem. It gets my vote as the best show starter though I like how they’ve been rotating the starter.
Yes. They really have some nice visuals going on with the lighting, the screens, and the imagery projected on them (which is ever-changing).
So many great pics this tour of the "big picture" that really captures the overall atmosphere and vibe.

Yeah, Kim Cardifassion sounds like what he was shooting for..
My first thought was the joke he was attempting was perhaps in reference to her ample derrière (no offense) Having met her, the reference wouldn’t be too far off base
Undoubtably no offense taken by Sasha, but whatever the Kim K reference was about, the joke didn’t work, which is sometimes funnier with Mick than when it does

What a night. For me Midnight Rambler was the highlight again, along with the crowd reaction Keith got when he was introduced. On a personal level, it was great to hear my home town of Bridgend get a mention- 2 if you include the JPR Williams reference.

*I noticed that too in a pic, and wondered if he gave away/ thought the same.
Also, his ‘Stones’ jersey shirt has a special tounge added (like a patch) on the front bottom left.
Sadly, he wasn’t throwing away any customized top. You’ll see at Twickers that the little patch tongue is also on the ones they sell at the merchandise stalls. Enjoy your upcoming show (I know you will)
