By my reckoning that makes you about minus five in ‘73: ‘ish’ has a fair bit of latitude in my book, hah-hah!

Tonight will be immense- look at how relatively compact the set-up is. They say you should never be jealous or envious: I say ‘bollocks’ because I’d love to be there tonight, hah-hah!

Usually there is a curfew of 10:30pm in UK, as there are concerns for the residentials. With a two hours show the Stones usually start shortly before 8:30pm. I would advice anyone to be in place before that, because there may be queues and slow moving crowds.

I would allow at least half an hour for bag checks etc.

At last a decent litho!!!!

Last night the weather forecast for today show day said 0.1 to 0.2 mm rain per hour, which is ok but not great. Now, as the rain is hammering on my window here in Southampton, I just checked yr.no - Norwegian official meteorologic site, highly reliable. It says just what I can see out of my window. Tonight in Southampton will be wet, very wet!

Hope Mick's throat will be fine during and after this wet evening. It is very likely that the missing song vote is a signal of a concert being very much in doubt up until yesterday at least. It seems that he has given a green light just this morning. So let's hope everything will be fine tonight and for the next gigs.

Got a pit ticket in the LD. I can't believe it! If they play rocks off tonight it will cap a perfect day. F**k the rain. This is going to be a great show. They've gotten better with each one so far.
