Does anyone know the reason why the Vault releases are not available as CD/Blueray packages for citizens outside the US? That's a bummer really, because if you want high quality video and a CD you have to buy the same product twice or buy some expensive stuff from Japan.

Thanks but the Japanese edition costs 77.99 euro. I would never spend as much for one Blu-ray and two CDs. And buying a highres download is almost as expensive as buying the CD/DVD edition.

It's the bluray plus double CD but the bluray is region A.

"Region A encoding. This Blu-ray will not play on most Blu-ray players sold in the UK [Region B]. This item requires a region specific or multi-region Blu-ray player."

Thanks, I just pre-ordered it. It says 3 discs so it has to be BR+2CD. Just 18.65 GBP incl. delivery to Germany so that's a really good price.

EDIT: Just saw that Amazon.de has also the 2CD/BR edition:

Thanks for the links. I ordered from the above link. This is the only one that said it included bonus tracks and I'd rather have the SHM.
