Sorry to bring the thread back up but I have the blu ray and vinyl ordered on Amazon UK and itsays the blu ray is released on the 20th and vinyl on the 17th I thought all releases were on the 13th?

Maybe it has already been discussed ( I did not pay much attention to this thread before) but I am surprised that the blu ray will be in SD... I would have guessed they captured footage with high enough quality it could be converted (or something ) to HD. It was 1999, not 1976... so that is interesting. Besides that I am pretty excited to see this show again.

I saw 5 shows on this tour and they were all great... then again... somehow I have been lucky on every show I have ever seen of theirs being killer. They have always had a great night when I saw them.... and it looks like a great set list... would have like Moonlight Mile instead of the blues... but... anyway... This was a great tour! Much fun was had in many cities.... JULY 13TH COMING RIGHT UP!!!

If you buy/order a vinyl version in America is it than always going to be the special coloured edition, or has the US also the standard edition?

For example: I ordered the vinyl on Amazon.com. How do I know this is the coloured edition, there's no mention of it anywhere.

Ok, thanx. The last time I looked there were no pictures, so now I'm sure I have the right one!

Edit: On the other hand: the same pictures are on the English Amazon, but this will be an US only coloured edition ….?

It's a load of crap they just don't include Moonlight Mile and whatever else was different, as bonuses. How else are we ever going to have these?

For this very reason I finally went out and bought the regular No Security album! I know that many here hate that Dave Matthews is on it, but it doesn't bother me one bit...
EDIT: never mind, I mixed up Memory Motel and Moolight Mile...carry on!

No Security is a great live album. Performance-wise, sound-wise and not least because of the tracks they chose to put on it. IMHO, of course.

It's worth it for Sister Morphine alone.

I saw the Sacramento show from this leg. While the Arco (aka Echo) Arena is not so acoustically hospitable as other venues, the sheer fun of it was not lost on me. I loved this "Bill and Monica" tour. I have this show already on cd so I'll pass. If I'm going to spend money, it will be on an official Bruxelles 1973 vinyl edition, which I think is already sold out.

I’m thinking about ordering the Japan import from
Importcds.com, they have it listed for $70 but no track information,
has anyone used them before? Do they get the item and then ship
from the US since they are located in Illinois?

This is the only setlist to USA from Amazon:

Blu-ray Track Listing
(CD 1)
1. Jumpin’ Jack Flash
2. Bitch
3. You Got Me Rocking
4. Respectable
5. Honky Tonk Women
6. I Got The Blues
7. Saint Of Me
8. Some Girls
9. Paint It Black
10. You Got The Silver
11. Before They Make Me Run
(CD 2)
12. Out Of Control
13. Route 66
14. Get Off Of My Cloud
15. Midnight Rambler
16. Tumbling Dice
17. It’s Only Rock ‘n’ Roll (But I Like It)
18. Start Me Up
19. Brown Sugar
20. Sympathy For The Devil

so all the extra songs people are talking about
‘sister morphine’ ‘waiting on a friend’ etc etc
It’s not making any sense.

The extra songs are exclusive to the Japanese version.
They are Moonlight Mile & Gimme Shelter
The other tracks that people are referring to are from the original No Security album.
