Agree 300%. It was the best number at the Paris shows, I thought. It was just so intense and full of rebellion, all the reasons I ever loved the Stones came home to me with a VENGEANCE. And it had a nice touch -- Mick getting up on the back of Charlie's drum riser, standing behind him, and taking a drumstick and banging away on his cymbals. That happened at the second and third shows and I took pics of it.

They have been rehearsing Street Fighting Man many times during these these rehearsals, and it was included in the final set Friday, which means we will probably have it in the set for most of the shows. This is great, because I think SFM is one of the strongest Stones songs of them all. So much power, so much energy, so much Stones.

I've noticed even the mainstream media is not quite sure how to handle
"instagram stories"

While Mick's overall Instagram is public, there is a sub-part of Instagram,
the stories, that is reserved for followers

(I am not one of his followers, but there is another way to access his "stories", but I'm not sharing that method)

So anyway, to access Mick's stories in the way you should:

1) follow him on instagram
2) then, when a red circle appears around his avatar, click on it, and you will
be granted access to his stories, the stories only lasting about 24 hours usually

just to make it more confusing, lien has edited his post to now
link to a different vid, one where somebody on their own has
made public some of the "private" stories, but its only a part
of the "private" stories...

do yourself a favor. follow mick on instagram and you'll have
access to both his current stories as well as all his future ones

or figure out how to access his stories without joining instagram

or simply forget about it, its hardly life and death

Please Note that most of the people in the crowd never have been to a Stones Show or at least not that often than we all did. I have been to 26 shows since 2003 and I heared 77 (!!!) different songs, a lot of them just once or two times. Just six Songs on every show. Of course I could live with a show without Tumbling Dice or IORR, but during the show, I love the Stones playing anything. Main thing for me is that the still play and even very well. If you can't accept them playing all these great hits like JJF, Sympathy or SMU... well, then just listen to any record you love to hear at...

At this point, my dream show would be a two hour version of Midnight Rambler (w/Mick Taylor) along with a couple their recent blues covers as encores.

Or maybe a one hour version of Midnight Rambler (w/Mick Taylor) followed by an acoustic blues set (No Expectations, Prodigal Son, et al), then an electric blues set (I Just Want To Make Love To You, Little Red Rooster, et al) with an encore of Street Fighting Man and The Last Time.

Unrealistic maybe, but we can all dream.

And you know this how? I'll bet your dead wrong. Most in the audience probably have seen them. The ones that have not are probably there fulfilling their parents fantasy. They could care less about what's played. If you're an adult and you have not seen the Stones yet after numerous tours, then you are not really a fan just another casual concertgoer.

Of course they're going to play their warhorses. You know the routine: songs from 1964-1981 with two or three obscure songs and maybe something from 2016. I could do without Miss You, SFTD and HTW for certain (and a shorter Brown Sugar). But that's the way it is with a greatest hits act.

...can we also stop pretending to know/understand that Miss You is as big as almost all/any of the other big ones they won't kick out of the set.

I know they have to play all Warhorses but for ex. there used to be tour without Satsfaction or Miss You - No Security and shows were sold out.
I'm not talking about playing The Lantern or Time Waits For No One. It' always the same talking - they have to play ALL greatest hits. But they also have to consider the hardcore fans needs. Nobody's talking about 10 obscure songs but about 3-4 songs like Live With Me, Rock And Hard Place, One Hit or even Anybody Seen My baby. Most of them is like second league greatest hits mostly known to people. I know Keith has problems with remembering "new" songs chords but they at least should try something different. Even SFTD in the beginning was something new for us - refreshing. You can't open almost every show since 15 years with JJF or SMU. Anyway i'm happy as You all to see and hear them with any song on stage, even Miss You. Peace and let it be great tour.
