Robbie Robertson's 1987 album - I wasn't expecting such a heavy "80's production" on this one...

true, still such a good album though. I remember listening to it on repeat when it first came out.

Recently bought records...
New
- The Clash - London Calling (remastered 2014 reissue) - the remastering is not bad but a bit heavy on bass
- The Libertines - Up The Bracket
- David Bowie - Bowie Now (from last year Record Store Day - I wasn't expecting much of it but it's actually a great compilation and the vinyl's sounding good)
- Iggy and The Stooges - Raw Power (2-LP reissue with original Bowie mix and 90's Iggy mix) - really nicely done reissue
Used
- Neil Young - This Note's For You - original US pressing
- Blind Faith (Japanese 1975 reissue with original art cover...)

Up the bracket might be the best libertines album...

Also found for next to nothing "No Security" CD (Japanese version with 1 bonus track). Almost forgot it's such a cool live album. Must be one of the best original Stones live album since 1989 (or 1970??)... A lot of gems on it.

It's great. Must be something with the cover that prevents me from putting it on. I'm always satisfied after listening to it. A great song selection, great sound and great playing/singing.

I always liked the cover but even more the song selection. They should reissue the album in a deluxe version with a second disc of rarities...
