I personally live in the second decade of the 21st century.

Where do you live? Do you live in the modern age or do you live in 1969 or 1972? When did the clock stop ticking for you?

I did go on holiday to 1971 once but it was only a holiday. I did come back.

Very hard to answer. I tend to accept living in 2018, but as relates to my Stones fandom, I frequently teleport my soul to the 1969 - 1981 era. 1969 is when I latched on and became a huge fan, and for me - the 1981 Tour was the last time they appeared onstage as the genuine article, a live rock and roll band improvising, shooting from the hip; taking chances. They've still been very good from 1989 - today, but I miss the days when it wasn't such a choreographed, meticulous tribute to their studio recordings. The band that did things differently onstage than in the studio is the Stones I fell in love with.

That's a profound question.

I try to live in a world that values community, kindness, and goodness above everything else.

That's a very tall order in this day and age. But over time I have realized several core ideas:

1. We make a difference in the world one person at a time, in how we treat anyone we come in contact with.

2. Most people are who they are and can't be changed, and they don't want to change. I stopped thinking I was "right" and stopped trying to "save" people.

3. Most resistance to change of any kind - professional, societal - is driven by fear.

In a little house out on the edge of town.

Right now I am living in a 15th century village in an 18th century house. The majority of my neighbours are over 80 years old, or at least they look to be. I buy most of my food in the bi-weekly outdoor market and I carry it home in a basket my ancient landlady says belonged to her grandmother.

But I time travel to the 21st century every day when I turn on my computer.

In a van down by the river, my favorite! Can't remember how many times I've repeated that trying to be as funny as Chris Farley.

Anyone can be loud, but it's hard to do it with the finesse he had.

I try to live in the present. Thinking about the past or worrying about the future is easy to slip into, but to stay present is the best way to stay focused on doing somethin meaningful and do what needs to be done or just relax. There is always Stones music available on my IPhone, I go to Spotify and type in ROlling Stones, select shuffle, and its free so I never have to worry about going Stoneless.
