Cool Your Engines Sleman, not trying to be absurd, just putting it out there, local band for these dates, besides I think it would be great exposure for them, good $$, and I don't think Bill would have to fly, not sure if he would even bee with them at the moment. Also I think he left on his on accord.....

There's a band I love called Until The Ribbon Breaks.
They are from Cardiff and it would be great if they could open, they just released their self-titled album and it's really good.

Liam Gallagher recently was asked who he most would like to support and said the Stones so maybe he'll show up for the Manchester date
Would also be good to see Haim and Lenny Kravitz open for them, they're both around in Europe and free for some of the dates
Judging by last tour leg will probably be some lesser known acts though

If shows are far from sold out then they will add a big act to sell tickets. If most tickets are sold then they will pick an upcoming act of interest just to warm up the crowd.
