I think it would work, much in the same way She's A Rainbow works.

What would indeed be a challenge is Charlie's drumming (the parts where he goes insane on the studio recording).

I always liked Under My Thumb from the 81 tour. That opening riff works really well.

That was a great opener back then. But for it to still work as an opener, they'd have to play it with that degree of aggression with the guitar doing the main riff. Most recently, the way they tried to replicate the studio version was nice but nowhere near as aggressive as it would have to be for a show starter. JMO.

Let's Spend The Night Together might work, but again, they'd have to add a little more umph than they've shown in recent versions. And again - probably won't happen, but Keith's guitar should start it, not the piano.

And let's face it - all these suggestions of opening with some deep cut might float our fantasies, but you know they will open with something that the general public will be very familiar with. That being the case, Street Fighting Man was a good opener on Licks. All Down The Line Might Work if they add a bit more aggression and maybe bump the tempo a bit.
