Well today is my day of redemption. I was finally able to purchase a ticket.

After a long and detailed email to RS.com this morning, around 2 hours later I received an email from Ticketpro.cz, admitting/apologizing for the fact they had been "blocking payments from Canada, the Caribbean and South America"...but they had now changed the "settings" so that I could make a purchase.

Grateful the battle is over, but wow, what we do for a ticket sometimes...

Thanks, I got 1 Pit A too just now. List price is fairly high (but not German high!) for Prague pits - about $500 US.

The ticket sales for this show are a total mystery to me. Honestly, it looks like a distater, but I can be totally wrong (I hope I am, I hope the show won't get cancelled).

When buying seats, there is no plan to choose from. I have bought many tickets from this particular vendor and though it is normal that the seatplan is sometimes not available during the beginning of the presale, it is always available at leatest within a couple of hours. Always. This is the very first time this is different, just as if they wouldn't want to show how many seats were available. Sure, they could easily sell just some tickets at a time and make it look like it is selling well even if it wouldn't, but somehow they decided differently. From a custommer's point of view it is extremely unfortunate - paying almost 200 Euro for a seat and not knowing where you gonna end up. I can't imagine how could this help the promoter to sell the tickets in any way.

Also the seats that the system offers me are always in the sectors closest to the stage, only on one side, if I want 8 tickets, it offers me the second closest sector. It looks pretty much like only the sectors A and B and partly C are being sold so far.

The organizers have a special facebook page dedicated to this event. Several times a day they post some absolutely useless info (like that there are only two concerts in July) as an excuse to add, that tickets are still available and a link to ticketpro. It looks extremely desperate to me.

Too bad with the pit, but hey, if I had gotten the pit for Prague, Edinburgh would never have happened. Silver lining in the Golden Circle.

And still! This show is a slow seller. No doubt about it. Hopefully that points to good things for we Lucky Dippers. The only show which appears to be a fast seller is Warsaw.

Hi, How does it works with that wristband if you want to buy some food or drinks?
I've a FOS E ticket and the wristband will be send to me on the 20th of june by post. My E ticket doesn't mentioned my name. 4590CZK (185€).
Do you have to opload money on it? I don't know how it works, in the meaning that the drinks and food are not to be able to pay with cash.

This needs to be confirmed for Prague but here is how wristbands we explained at Outside Lands. The only place they took cash was for food, but that is supposed to be changed at this festival for 2018 too.
