The Stones are landed in Berlin at BER/SXF-Airport.

Takeoff was 21-Jun-2018, London-Stansted, 4:25pm BST. Landing was Berlin-Schönefeld, 18:33 CEST.

Looks like the plane is parking (like in 2014) at the BER-position P7/P8 which you can see a little bit from the fence at the Bundesstraße B96a/Waßmannsdorfer Tor.

I don't think that they are changing the layout of the venue (that's too late now).
The drop in the available pit tickets is rather because they've now printed the tickets for the LD envelopes

This all seems bit planespottery

I landed at Berlin-Schönefeld just 50 minutes after The Rolling Stones, coming in on a Norwegian flight from Oslo. The flight was extremely bumpy the last 10 mintes, and the landing was very rough, unusual rough. I assume the Stones had the same rough landing, wind in all directions, arctic weather in Berlin now, and people dressed with winter jackets!

now in the last evening / round midnight the weather is relatively okay. A little chilly but it has stopped rainig in the late afternoon. If the weather stays like this everything will be okay, but the weather forecast is not that nice - cold, showery but clearing up in the evening

so who else is excited for tomorrow's show?

a couple of things i've been wondering about...

What time should i arrive to start queuing, so i can get a good spot with my "standing field" ticket???
The last show i went to, with a "standing field" ticket, was way back at Hockenheim with ACDC as support! Back then you had to show up very early in the morning and then just run run run to the front row ;-)

Do people still meet up before the shows? I remember a brilliant night with many iorr folks, the night before the show, way back during the Licks tour...

Anyways...i hope everyone's gonna have a great time tomorrow...i for sure am as excited as a little kid...

Super excited too. Goin to drive in from Hamburg around noon.

Hope I can sleep now, I`m far too excited to go to bed

I know how you feel...will be hard to catch some sleep tonight.

Feels like my first show...its been a very long time. plus it will be the first proper big show for my girlfriend, shes never been to such a big venue to see the Stones with standing field tickets...
We've been to Düsseldorf during 14 on fire...but had some awful seats and she kept saying "awww i wish we could be down there where all the action is"

Roll on tomorrow...i hope arriving around 4pm will be alright...
