Now I am completely confused. The German version of Olympastadion says powerbanks forbidden while the English version doesn't mention them at all. Do I have to throw away my powerbank before entering the site?

For what it's worth, in Lucca they forbid me to enter with the powerbank. If in the German version they say it's forbidden, it's likely that they won't let you in with the powerbank. I will definitely not bring it with me at the venue.

I am wondering how lucky dip pickup last year did work. Was it really needed to present the original buyers cc or was presenting the id of the buyer sufficient.

Sure, but I think to remember that they only asked for the ID last year in Germany and not for my cc. Anyone remember?

as far as I remember they wanted to see the credit card, the photo ID and the code (which came with the confirmation email)

It's a sweepstake by BILD, it runs until 20-Jun-2018, 4pm. You have to answer the question in which City you wanna see the Stones (Berlin or Stuttgart). After choosing one you'll be redirected to another page where you have to fill a form with your personal data and then to click/tap on 'Participate'.

There's no mention which seats will exactly be raffled, it says only 'guest-list seats'.

There are 100 Tickets in total for Berlin and Stuttgart - this means only 25 pair of Tickets for each Concert.

not necessarily – I rather guess that thes 100 Euro tickets were sold regularilly through eventim. The tickets for the Blöd guestlist as well as for LD will be allocated the day before the show or even at the day of the show
Meanwhile they'll try to sell as many tickets as possible on regular markets

Weather forecast is gradually bettering, hopefully to a fair and dry concert day on Friday. I for my part do trust so.
