No mail delivery here yet.
Hoping to sing ‘Ticket to ride’ when it arrives.
I think I’ll fret on Wednesday if no communication.

ETA: Rats. Not here today. I feel a fret building. I dislike RS fret of any kind, but that’s the cost of doing RS business for me. Major F’ing Fret possibilities.
Twick reads ‘all dispatched’ in the update.
Hope for US mail tomorrow-

Not sure if you are utilizing their “app” or not, but I hadn’t received my e-tix for Twickenham,after receiving them for the other shows,downloaded the app signed in with my axs account info, and was able to pull up the ticket. Six or so weeks ago now..

TY will try that. London Stadium 1 was emailed 11 days prior so with just a week to go was starting a little bit of fretting.

Hard ticket arrived today (normal U.K. post). Now I can stop fretting !

Still no Twicks tix. I will give it another day. Then I am just going to have to call up AXS.

I had e-mailed AXS about undelivered Twickenham tickets on May 31, almost two weeks ago.

NOW they replied and offered to re-issue the tickets as electronic tickets.

Not that it's cutting it close or anything.

Any bets on when I will actually receive those hard tickets? Leaving for London on Sunday morning and out of town for the next two working days and unable to check mail.

Well, I guess it's good they got back to me in time. I won't even bother to ask for a refund on that postage.

You should. I did it for Hyde Park 1 in 2013 and I pestered them until they paid me. Poor service or non delivery of service should always be punished.

I know Nate took the train from Berkhamsted to get a refund in cash for the postage, which obviously was much less than the train fare, LOL.

I have not received my Twickenham hard ticket yet either.

As I will leave my home on this Friday, today morning I wrote them on their homepage: where is my ticket ?
They answered that sorry to hear.. etc and they sent me a E-ticket.

I did not recive my London1 ticket also.

I wrote them and requested an e-ticket that time but "Agnes" wrote back: I have to pick up my ticket at box office.

Now I did not request e-ticket but "Marian" sent me that

Marian is also the one I was dealing with today. He must be busy.

Marian's latest reply as I was trying to get a refund on the postage:

"Unfortunately as we have already sent the tickets via mail we cannot refund the postage."

Why am I not surprised?

Also NB: If you actually get the hard tickets after your tickets have been re-issued as PDF, the barcode on the original tickets is invalid and only the new tickets will get you in.

As much as I overpaid for this ticket (presale higher than later sales)

I should have this bloody ticket in my hand.
I should not have to track it down!
I should not have to subject myself to a trip to a ‘box office’ window/ conversation/ show my ID/ not have a tangible item.

Presale prices were not higher than face on AXS. Ticketmaster did have their "Platinum" tickets though.

For anyone following this thread I would recommend MisterDDDD's advice as above. Still no sign of eticket but I downloaded the AXS app to my phone and just now logged in and there it is ...an event I am attending next week and there is the ticket. Thanks Mister DDDD...good advice

Okay I will download the app, yes I wrote to them already (no reply) and to telephone call them is a joke (no toll free number, no clue)

I have never complained about ticket prices in my life.
Not 1 time.

After the show, you can catch Shuttle bus to Richmond, then take District line to Victoria.
From Victoria, take National Express (£13) or Airport Bus Express (£10) to Stansted, it takes about 90 minutes.

I don't know how long it takes to get out the stadium. But even you are the last one to leave, you have enough time to take flight at 7;00am.

Mine did not. Cannot Get thru via telephone nor any email/ app support responses to my requests.

I’m pissed. I don’t want to go to a box office window. I don’t want to pack without my ticket. I’m also wasting time and stressed now.
