Since they dont have a recording or repsond to calls...does anyone know when the box office opens on Friday to pick-up tickets ?

Got my Twickenham tickets by post about a week ago I think

If anyone has a spare lucky dip for Twickenham I would love to go.

It's been a while since I've had GA tickets for a concert. What time should I enter Twickenham to get a good spot? Baring in mind, however, I can't be doing with too much standing around!

Well, GA will only get you about half way up the pitch anyway. If you get in early you can find a rail and just sit down on the floor to rest your legs a bit.

My friend had a regular GA ticket in Coventry and was actually comped to the Golden Circle just like that (apparently by venue security). Can't hurt to turn up early.

I was thinking of entering the venue around 5:30-6:00 I appreciate that Twickenham won't have the intamacy of Southampton and Coventry.

This just happens to be where I went to primary school, many many years ago. If you need parking, please support them.

I got my Twickenham e-tix from AXS!
I issued a support request on [support.axs.com] and they sent them about half an hour later.

No tickets yet, no reply to contact request. Sheesh...

I just received my ticket today !!

Our Pit tix just arrived today (Post Office signed-for).

I cannot understand why they don't send them out earlier - they have after all had our money for a very long time.

At least this time they seem to be printed on the correct paper...

This only seems to happen to UK customers and I think the promoters are to blame.
They seem to leave it very late to release the tickets to the agents, who then have to work flat out to get the tickets sent out.

I thought the late release was to try and help prevent scalping.

Hope my tickets in the mail today. That might prompt me to try and print my aeroplane tickets, located somewhere in the middle of emails.

If we in the UK buy tickets for a show in another country, they are usually posted very soon after booking.
