Platinum pit tickets are currently on TM for London 22nd show for £500. That's 'only'£65 above face value (inc fees).

Of course, that implies they haven't sold as many, so perhaps they will emerge at regular price later (though I'm not sure of the relationship between TM and AXS on this), but if anyone is desperate...

syrel

To be correct it is 500 GBP + fees

Ooooh no I clicked on the link for Twickenham,
and discovered the ‘England Rugby’ shirts has the emblem of a rose/ very cute shirts ladies sizing more shirts $$$$$ eeeeee

I vaguely recall the Stones selling a Twickenham-themed rugby jersey with tongue and rose. Must have been from 2003 or whenever they played there.

Any idea if this 2018 No Filter part 2
will pair official RS with the stadium merchandise?
I know someone who wants a Man U

Looks like London is getting a lot of rain lately. How is weather typically in May? I'll be bringing a travel size umbrella but obviously hoping I won't need it too often.

There’s no such thing as typical weather here in the U.K. Prepare for rain, hail or shine, with one changing to the other with little, if any warning grinning smiley

Advance warning...
I go to loads of gigs in small and large venues in London and I can def
say the worst departure after a gig is easily The London Stadium.
Bearing in mind it's a good 20 mins walk from Stratford Station going in then
when 50,000 punters are coming out at the same time and nobody knows where they are going...following folks down dead ends...bottleneck queues...it can easily take 30 or 40 mins to get back to the station...

I'm a season ticket holder at the London Stadium and a lot of this is true.

Depending on where you are coming in from I'd certainly recommend looking into whether Hackney Wick, Stratford High Road or Pudding Mill Lane stations are an option for your journey home.

Some of those stations may look a longer walk than Stratford Station but there will be less congestion and you'll get on a train quicker.

What are my chances of making it from the Olympic Stadium to Victoria Street Station before midnight? The Last bus to Bristol is at 11:59. My brother lives there and I'm staying with him.....

I also require a cheap ass ticket but that's a separate mission grinning smiley
There's some on Ticketmaster for 68 quid. Is that an ok price?

I would think you'd make it no problem.

Victoria Station is only 30 minutes from Stratford using the Central/Victoria line so just make sure you are out of the Stadium by 11:00 and you'll make it OK.

A slightly longer route but will be less congested than queuing to get into Stratford will be DLR from Pudding Mill Lane to Bow Church, walk to Bow Road, Underground to Mile End and catch the Central Line from there.

The Stones will want the last hour or so in the dark so the lights
look better so I would imagine they will be on around
8.30pm to 10.15pm.
Bound to be at least one support act.

"The band have signed up several special guests to join them for various nights of their European run’s final 14 dates,
with an announcement on the full line-up expected today".

So far the Specials and Liam Gallagher confirmed...wondering who else?
Exciting!

Some shows in London when The Stones are playing...
Oddly enough Nick Mason has a rest day on the first Sones London show
so it's possible he may be going to it.
Nick Mason’s Saucerful Of Secrets have announced that they’ll play a handful of shows in London.
The project features former Pink Floyd drummer Mason along with Gary Kemp, former Pink Floyd bassist Guy Pratt, The Blockheads drummer Lee Harris and Dom Beken.
They’ll play material from early Pink Floyd albums The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn and A Saucerful Of Secrets – and the shows will mark the first time Mason has played live since the Live 8 concert in London in 2005.
We were at that amazing Live 8 event when Pink Floyd reunited for a short set in Hyde Park
and we saw the rehearsals in Hyde Park the evening before when Madonna also rehearsed.
They’ll play an opening night at Dingwalls in Camden on May 20, which will be followed by three shows at the Half Moon, Putney, on May 21, 23 and 24. Small venue shows so tickets sold out pronto.
