For the ladies: ‘People without bags will be fast-tracked’
(use your pockets)

Camera Dublin
“Only cameras smaller than A5 will be admitted.”
A5 (11.45cm x 15.25cm or 4.5 in x 6.0in) size -approximately the size of a small book. Bags under A5 size will be subject to a search which will result in unnecessary

No it's not a shame - the areas at the back that are tarred off are the seats that would have obstructed views because the lighting towers etc would be in the way. The stadium will be pretty much full I expect...

At the start you see the Hogan stand and possibly 333 starts at the section just by the taped off area. Had an amazing view there for u2 but layout was much different

For the first time, Lucky Dips are now on sale alongside all other ticket types and no longer have their own separate link. They are also available for purchase in any number between 1 & 8.

Methinks the Lucky Dips counter might be busy...

They might as well start giving them away to random people on the streets.

If they were gone, looks like they're back again.
Click on either lowest price or ticket type and there they are for the taking - from one to eight.
In fact it looks like tickets are available in most sections - including PIT, Gold, Uppers, Lowers, etc.

Is Periscope still the app to check for watching from home or has some new system taken over?

Re: "prune juice." Mick in younger days usually photographed so nicely. Meanwhile, the wheelchair section at their concerts keeps getting bigger and bigger!

In Cardiff in 2006, they were practically doing that. Same issues then as here - a huge stadium in too small a small market. I turned up at Cardiff 2006 without a ticket, knowing I could easily get one in the street outside very cheaply, which I very quickly did about 20 minutes after I got off the train.

unlikely – since there will only be four song in the vote…

Thinking of Neighbours – it might be an appropriante song for Dublin (remember all thse neighbours of Croke Park who didn't want to see the Stones perform there?)

My friend called them yesterday because I hadn't received the pit tickets I bought on his behalf (i am departing tomorrow) and he was able to get TicketMaster to send them as etickets. A few minutes later I got the email. Keep trying the hotline I'd say.

Keep calling them on +353 321 9996 ... Keep pressing 5 during the preamble and you should get through to an operator fairly quickly. Don't wait until they've run through all of the options.

Satisfied since 1976

Good point. That may very well be the reason for playing it.

When they played it at Slane in 1982, Mick prefaced it by thanking people from coming from Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Galway, Limerick and a few other places and then did his little bit of bridge-building by saying 'remember - you're all neighbours'.

They'll probably ditch it after the first show, then!
