Well, doubting that the weather forecast is accurate one week ahead, it does not look too bad, cool, but no rain - that is something for Ireland winking smiley

If its merely 'no rain', you'll be able to spot the locals. We'll be the ones in t-shirts and shorts

shows the stage all the way at one end, no capacity shrinkage, so the doomy
guesses about ticket sales seem to be wrong again

6 days to go, cannot wait! First time since 2007 (Slane and 02 London); wish I still lived in Dublin as the band arriving tomorrow apparently and the area I was in is where they are staying. Met Ronnie there the night before the Slane show and he was a gent. Signed a 5 Euro note for me; its all I had on me to take a signature. Good times smiling smiley

Me neither. If it doesn't come tomorrow or Monday I'll have to arrange for pick up at the venue as I leave for Dublin on Wednesday !!!! Bloody irritating and totally unnecessary.

Satisfied since 1976

Still no ticket and when I tried to call Ticketmaster all lines were busy. "Please try again later". GRRRRRR. If they had sent the tickets they have avoided a lot of calls.

Who is familiar with Croke Park?
Is sthis a standing tribune in the back of the stage? It looks like it remained from an older version of the stadium?

That’s hill 16, a standing section. Gets its name From the rebellion against the British army in 1916.

When the stadium was redeveloped in the mid 2000s it was decided to leave that stand as it was due to its historical significance instead of replacing it with any other stand

also backs onto the railway line so there's no space to develop it in a similar fashion to the rest of the stadium...

Thinking the "KEYS SR" tape at the top of the case refers to Bobby.. (?)
Am I remembering correctly that one of Bobby's son's helped out on later tours?
If so wonder if he still does?

I wouldn't worry if you don't hear from them....on the original confirmation order, in small print is says pick up tickets at box office.
