Well, on AXS I had a pit ticket for 25th London Stadium in the basket, with credit card details, at least 15 times and every time after a longish pause, it went back to Find Tickets. Now they are sold out.

I surmise it was because the ticket went to someone ahead in the queue every time.

Anyone else have this experience?

any chance on LD tickets? or will they only come at the general sale on ticketmaster?

I managed to get a ticket for the first London Stadium show, via the stadium's presale this morning. Bit annoyed as the only option was print-at-home tickets.

I have been unable to get tickets via AXS, whenever I click on 'Confirm Purchase' it tells me there's been an error with my 'credit' card and to check number, name, billing address and security code on the 'credit' card used. Well, I don't have a credit card. In the payment section where you have to enter your card number it does however say "Credit/debit card number".

Anyone else with this problem? As I also want to go Twickenham but only AXS available. Nothing wrong with my debit card, as the stadiums presale worked.
I had googled the error message and found an entry of someone who had the same for some other concert a while ago and they replied thanks for flagging we fixed it. Tweeted them etc but no response.

Ticketmaster pre sale still has pit tickets and Gold Circle standing for London 2

If people wish to buy Gold Circle, you can buy through London Stadium site for both dates. They won't ripp you off like TM

All TM are trying to do is offload their expensive Platinum priced tickets now. I'm sure there will still be normal Pit tickets tomorrow.

Yes, for the ordering of my 6th concert. My bank thought: enough! and blocked my card. And I got the same message you just wrote. They (the bank) called to ask if everything was ok. Err, no, you just blocked me in the middle of the transaction.

Haha! Hope they unblocked it for you!
Though as I said nothing with my bank/card, as it worked fine with the other site. Gnnahhh.
