Actually I think that you will find that golden circle is indeed seated tickets,at least that's what it looked like on the map.

Pretty sure it's all standing, I didn't see any map that would indicate otherwise. THe entire field is standing from what I have seen.

The receipt says "general admission" even if I payed the golden !
On the received confirmation email, the golden is indicated, but my heart was very close to collapse.

I had the same palpitations buying GC for Manchester... I knew the price should be GC but just stating General Admission was disconcerting!

The confirmation email eased my mind, stating Golden Circle... which means for $388 US that means these are deep discount tix after going to Las Vegas in 2016!

That's what I tell myself anyways!!!

Congrats to everyone from everywhere who will be going to shows, and patience and luck to all those who will make it happen soon!

E-mail after purchase said that "Tickets will be mailed to the address you provided during checkout as soon as possible, but may not be received until the week of the event"
So, just ONE WEEK before an event?
I want to leave my home to see The Stones in the mid-may. And if I've got a ticket to show in Manchester, for example, june 5, what can I do?

Same exact boat for the four shows I bought..

Should't be an issue, as I (embarrassingly) have done the same before, with same seller, and had no problems having them reprinted and wating at the venues.

Wanted to have hard copies for these.. live and learn.
Hopefully all will arrive a bit early!

The other confusing thing is these tiers are then further split into A/B/C when you go to buy tickets but nothing in the chart to show the difference.

Does anyone know if the seating sections are reserved or GA? Are they being sold by section or just by the tier?

On that map Golden Circle looks pretty much as close to the stage in the front as the Pit

Well I'm in for Manchester and Cardiff. Will probably end up going in for Edinburgh on General Release on Friday.

Bit of a faff with the code - didn't work twice then timed me out, eventually worked on mobile.

Anyone know if they will be running lucky dip this time round?

I am thinking maybe Cardiff and Twick but no option for tix other than Royal Mail (UK only) for Cardiff. Annoying and don;t understand that at all considering all the options for Twick.

When I got in to London Stadium it showed general admission (with Golden Circle prices), not knowing what to do I clicked the button and bought the ticket....On my receipt, it said Golden Circle

Booked in presale - Manchester (3 x cheap seats up in the gods for me and my 13/10 year old daughters, reasonable £60 a ticket) and GA for London Stadium. Yes!

I wasn't very clear. On my confirmation email there are no seat numbers but there are seat numbers if I go back in to my AXS order history and check there, within my account. (I've not had any actual tickets arrive yet :-) )

The last time I had 'Golden Circle' was at Hyde Park in 2013 and it was all standing, I'm pretty sure that's still the case - as others have said, I guess the seat numbers are shown for some kind of audit/checking purpose or maybe it's just a weird feature of the ticketing service...

Will take my chances maybe with LD for other shows. To think my first ticket to see the Stones at the Knebworth festival in 1976 was £4.50.

I won't worry about the money come show day though seeing the Stones is still a great experience.

That Knebworth show was my first one too!!

What a show that was. 6 bands for £4.50 including Lynyrd Skynyrd, 10CC and the Stones. I remember walking into Harlequins Record Store in London and buying a ticket weeks after they went on sale. All tickets the same price GA stand where you want. Happy days.

The same for London Stadium.
Maybe in Berlin the Gold Circle are seats. But in London I don't think so.
... and the seat number is made of four numbers, not row, seat number, etc...
It seems to be more a "ticket number" than a "seat number".

This may help:

In GA, Golden and Pit (sold out) options, you can read the same warning:

"These tickets will provide General Admission access to an area within the venue / you exact viewing location will be determined upon arrival on a first come first served basis"

.....AND.....

"Children aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over in all sections
- NO FILTER PITS - No under 14s standing on the pitch
- GOLD CIRCLE - No under 14s standing on the pitch
- GENERAL ADMISSION - No under 14s standing on the pitch
- LOWER, MIDDLE & UPPER RESERVED SEATING - Children aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over in all sections"

I went for Gold circle in Edinburgh and Cardiff, and picked up some good seats in London Stadium - one of the first rows of the upper tier in section 234 which is directly in line with the gold circle area - a "bargain" at £129 each!

This is the first time I have done a presale and thrown back what I didn't want as opposed to settling, hoping to play the long game should the bunfight on Friday not be successful.
