Eagle rock released on standalone CD the soundtracks of all their "recent" Stones-related releases : Ladies & Gents, Some Girls Live and the Checkerboard Lounge.
Except for L&G and audio release associated to the DVD had already been made before. Since Stones at the Max has never been sold as a CD+DVD pack, and since Flashpoint is widely available, this may not happen...
It might be that they won't release a cd of it, since Live At The Max isn't a single show, but rather performances from different concerts?
That's no different than LOVE YOU LIVE, STILL LIFE, FLASHPOINT, NO SECURITY and LIVE LICKS.
None of them were vault-releases, though, and that may be why Eagle Rock didn't give this one the audio/video-treatment.

L&G, Some Girls Live in Texas and Checkerboard Lounge were not released under the Vault Label either

The CD has 1994 printed on it and the songs are not complete.

"At The Max" was released in 1991 on a double VIDEOCD, and here the "sound" is quite different from the DVD-release, - much more like a real live-album.

I wonder why somebody would like to have IMAX once again?

If it would be necessary to cover 1989 - 1990 tour once again - they have in a sleeve Atlantic City and Barcelona (or something else from Europe).
Sure - re-issue of IMAX is an easy cash in but I doubt it will sell well.

Different sound? Really? COOL! I guess it's a different mix? I have to check it out. Thanks.

Wasn't sure where to post this...anyway I came across a "Making of At The Max" by accident and was surprised by this comment by Mick about "my wife's having a baby" [youtu.be] - what's that about ?! He's not talking about Lizzy or James obviously and not Georgia May either who was born in 1992 ?! He's about to say he hasn't seen her in and then stops.
