Looks like it's additional for more contrast -- (large picture) ....
Always wonder what happened with left Jagger's toe... A 47-year unanswered quest..
It's a CD-Cover: Europe 1986 (CBS 450195 2) [www.Discogs.com] as well as CK 40488 (USA 1988, Canada 1990) - [www.Discogs.com] , [www.Discogs.com] .
The rubber stamps are different because the stamps themselves were created locally by the people who got the album graphics ready for print. As to why they did it that way, I suspect it because the cover concept and art was by Andy Warhol, whose working methods tended to be extremely hands-off.

i am wondering for a while why the UK Sticky is different from the US cover.
the " sticky fingers" stamp is another stamp.
and on the official promo poster (the guys holding up the album sleeve) the have used yet another version.
it has the US stamp, but on the other side.
did anybody see that version else were, or does some one have this one. Ive been looking for it for some time

The italian version has no `zip "physical or printed".

Never even thought about it. There are 3 different ones apparently, of the zipper cover.
