After Memory Motel they serve us Saint Of Me, God do I love the spring of'99!!!

Ok here's an easy one....
At which Concert since 1972 they made the BIG mistake of skippin DICE?? Was there a hint of Alzheimers stemming from Chuck...? I mean no offence but how can they skip DICE?!?!?!!?
