The RS Group of Companies (of which Mick and Co are Directors) will surely have Annual General Meetings, I would gave thought.
Given their location, The Netherlands seems the logical venue.
They could of course send Nominated Representatives to attend on their behalf, but this doesn't seem to be Mick's style.
Timing would depend on when the year end Accounts are ready.
