Saw Jonny at the commodore in Vancouver BC last night - WOW what a great show he just showed up - played & sang his ass off for and hour & a half...
Awesome seeing guys like this in smaller venues
Has anyone else seen him on this tour? Great band with him also!

I saw him open for the Stones during Licks or the ABB tour - or maybe it was Kenny Wayne Shepherd - I always confuse the two.

I did like Johnny Lang's tune Wander This World ('98) and the Kenny Wayne Shepherd tune Blue on Black('97), but that's about all I know.

I was just listening to Jonny Lang today in the car.
(The album of his, "Wander This World")
Have been a fan ever since the release of "Lie To Me" in 1997.
I particularly like all of his stuff up to and including "Long Time Coming".

Didn't know Jonny was in town. Commodore would have been an awesome venue to see him in! I've seen several concerts there.
Saw Jonny open for the Stones January 98 at BC Place several blocks away. Can't believe that was almost 20 years ago now!

I was at the show, but missed the opening act...dang! Incidentally saw the stones in LA a few months early, the 2nd show I think it was November 97.

Yes I was there too - jonny really was a kid back then...
I know they did not advertise the show very, I heard about it on the radio the day of the show... glad I decided to go great night.
