I remember a similar list for his RAH concerts, starting from his Yardbirds days...

I think this is what you you are talking about:

Yes, thanks again. Interesting, not a single RAH gig in the 70-ies...

Last night, at Mohegan Sun Arena, Uncasville, CT, the final show of the short U.S. tour, Eric concluded the main part of the set with Little Queen Of Spades, the slow blues number that would normally have been played before either Cocaine or Got To Get Better In A Little While, the rocking tunes and usual main set closers. Cocaine was played for the encore. A fifteen-song, 1 hr 40 mins show, the shortest night of the tour.

EC and the band had played the Madison Square Garden in NYC previous night and moved to Uncasville without off to play, the only two consecutive performances on the tour, which seems to have taken a toll. Talk about aging.

European tour in 2026, according to this Croatian article -- [www.muzika.hr]

Budapest (2 may) is pretty close to me in northern Serbia -- [ln.funcode.hu]

Yeah, why not?

I saw in the New Year 2011 in Budapest. Quite an attractive city and we stayed a hotel near the basilica.
My recommendation is to visit Memento Park situated in the southwest of the city, where you can see a number of monuments built during the communist regime, collected in one place. We visited there by bus on New Year’s Eve, a snowy day, fascinated by the relics from the iron curtain times.

The funny part of the article is it is billed as An Evening With Eric Clapton so it means an extra long set. Hr hasn't done an extra long set with or without openers in ages. Hour 30 to an hour 45 is his typical show, period.

“The concert at MVM Dome will be formatted as an evening with Eric Clapton, suggesting a long set without an opening act, an opportunity to go through a career that includes standards such as Layla, Tears in Heaven, Wonderful Tonight, and Crossroads.” [DeepL translation]

Like you say, I don’t think Clapton plays a particularly long set, say longer than two hours, with or without an opening act. The tag, “an evening with —”, is just a cliched phrase of an event title, commonly used in an add.

Antwerp (26/04), Mannheim (13/05), Cologne (15/05) and Munich (17/05) have been added to the already announced Krakow (29/04), Budapest (02/05) and Prague (04/05).

Strangely enough, Where’s ERIC! website has reported nothing about the European tour 2026 on their ‘NEWS’ so far although they put the initial three Eastern European dates on the ‘upcoming concerts’ section.

There is a blank between 5-12 May — Royal Albert Hall?

There are a couple of dates in Spain missing from your list. RAH is free for five nights from 21 May. Those dates are most likely (IMO).

Thanks.
I checked the RAH website and 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 of May are booked by other events. I should have done that first.

And, yes, Eric plays Madrid (07/05) and Barcelona (10/05) according to a post on the German Clapton forum.

Amsterdam date, 24 April, has been quietly added to the Euro tour itinerary. Standard tickets are already sold out on ticketmaster.nl website.
It is the tour opener (so far). The Royal Albert Hall website shows 10-20 and 22 April are free as well as 21-25 May, which is mentioned above…

Also announced is an outdoor summer concert in Royal Estate Sandringham (near King’s Lynn), Norfolk, 23 August, which embraces Sandringham House, the holiday home where the royal family spend their Christmas time.

That's funny. A certain Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor (the person formerly know as Prince Andrew) has been banished to a house on that very estate. What could possibly go wrong.

Nothing unless people bring their children. Better be a 21 and over gig.

With Charlie, Bill and Beck. Clapton's best song ever, imo.

Received Where’s ERIC! physical ‘zine Issue 54.

In the foreword, editor Tony Edser states, “…for now, we understand there will be no RAH shows next year but other, dare I say, more interesting, UK appearances.”

He also writes, “Eric himself announced another Crossroads Festival coming up in Austin, Texas next September.” “Expect a brace of US shows to be set up for prior to the event.”

Where he announced it, though, I don’t know. Anybody?

Old news but anyway: it was announced that Clapton is set to play two intimate gigs at G Live Guildford (cap. 1,031), 20 and 21 April, prior to his 10-date European tour starting from Amsterdam on the 24th.
The tickets went on sale on the 15th (presale) and 16th (general sale) this week and sold out in no time. The prices excl. fees are £199.75 (Circle Seating)/£ 228.00 (Tiered Stalls)/£ 284.50 (Flat Stalls)/£ 480 (VIP).

Couldn’t resist the temptation and shelled out my dosh for a Circle seat for both nights…

I got tickets for both nights in Guildford as well. A flat seat in the Stalls for night one. A Circle seat for night two.

Thanks! And enjoy the Budapest show if you are going.

Was considering Amsterdam and Antwerp, but now most likely giving them a miss to save some money (I’m not necessarily a “the smaller the venue, the better live” school of a concertgoer, mind).

I am happy to have attended Eric at a time when his ticket price were more affordable.

Does the other venues were he will perform are so expensive or is this one unusually high?

Clapton’s 2025 Royal Albert Hall tickets were priced at £112.00 - £233.00 including fees. VIP packages were much, much higher (around £500 IIRC). Quite expensive.

Also got tickets for the Guildford show.

Was hoping for the usual May RAH show but I'm guessing this would have been announced by now.

Congrats to those going to the Guildford shows. Still holding out hope for some 2026 RAH shows.

Saw EC in Philly last Fall. Fun show all the way around. Not an empty seat in the venue that I could see.

As I quoted upthread, in the foreword of Where’s ERIC! issue 54, published in December last year, editor-in-chief Tony Edser comments, “…for now, we understand there will be no RAH shows next year but other, dare I say, more interesting, UK appearances”, “Eric himself announced another Crossroads Festival coming up in Austin, Texas next September”, “Expect a brace of US shows to be set up for prior to the event.” So there is a chance you can catch him live in the U.S. later this year.

I hope he will add the RAH shows to the tour itinerary, though. The dates 21-25 May are still void in ‘What’s On’ on the venue’s website and the European tour finishes on the 17th. So why not?

BTW did you attend the RAH show last year?
