I am searching for a single ticket to Day 3 (May 16) at the Royal Albert Hall. If anyone has an extra, or knows someone who does, I'd greatly appreciate being connected with them.

In case you don't know....
It is most certainly possible to turn up at the RAH on the morning of a show and queue for a ticket to the gallery. It's part of the RAH's Trust agreement that those tickets can only go on sale on the day. I've done it several times.
Two tales...
They don't only sell gallery tickets, but also returns. Years ago on a now defunct Clapton list there was an account of someone who was near the front of the queue when the box office opened, and the people in front of him declined a return and went for a gallery ticket (fair enough, money matters). This person though thought...why not? So he got the ticket and found out that it was front row, floor level, dead centre. By far the best seat in the house.
And. When the Concert for George (organised by EC) was happening I told someone in the USA about this way to get a ticket, and to my great astonishment she actually flew to the UK to try to get in. To my relief she did, and sent me some unique souvenirs of her adventure.

Wanna Make Love To You — most likely the first time since the 1989 European tour.
Running On Faith — most likely the first time since the 2009 Japan tour.
Electric Layla had rarely been played for the last ten years or so — pleasant surprise indeed.

I hate going to Clapton concerts, not because of Clapton, he's amazing. But the audience is ALWAYS seating the whole concert except for the last song. Not much different to watching a DVD
You're right. Regret not going to Hyde Park. In Cologne some people tried to stand up but security forced them to sit down again.Quote

Then you should have been in Hyde Park 2018. Most people were standing up.
