I must say, with no ability to follow the Stones show live, it's kind of nice to be able to fall back to the ESPN app on my phone and pick up a live broadcast of the Sox! 3-2 Bottom of the 6th! C'mon Sox!

I'm basically with keefriff99...
Personally, I grew up 20 miles from Fenway and it has taken me a long time to get to where I have been able to develop a level of respect for the Yankees organization. I think Jeter (and 2004 >
<) had much to do with that. I still despise them on the field though and really don't see a scenario where I'd ever be rooting for them. Respect and props for what they achieve, maybe. It still amazes me that Bucky Dent and Aaron Boone had the same middle name.

I'm a Red Sox fan, but it looks like they're gonna tap out today.
If they do go out, I'm rooting for the Tribe, as I still have a lot of Terry Francona love from what he did for the Sox in '04 and '07.

Gonna be watching lots of tv tomorrow, which is Thanksgiving Day Monday in Canada. Cubs playing Washington game 3 at Wrigley, Bears vs Packers on Monday Night Football and my Blackhawks in Toronto to play the Leafs! Love Chicago teams even though I live near Vancouver.

Can't believe my RedSox pulled that one off yesterday. When they spotted Houston 3 in the top of the 1st I all but gave up on them.

I don't mind the Yanks, they have not done much lately, and it has been proven ya cant buy a World Series Championship, like they tried to for so long... so good for them for getting close, but no cigar for them this year. It is the Cubs year.

For my Yanks, this was supposed to be the "rebuilding, youth movement" season. Most every prognosticator had them picked for fourth place in 2017, with maybe a shot at the Postseason in 2018.
If you had told any Yankees fan back in Spring Training that the team would not only make the Postseason but have a chance to win the Pennant, I think any of us would have been happy. I honestly didn't think they'd get past the Indians, but here they are.
They got through that last series without any hitting from Judge or Sanchez. They won't be able to get past Houston without those guys getting some clutch hits.

This is a great Yankees team, in all honesty. I "hate" them because I'm a Mets and Red Sox fan, but I've always respected them and liked a lot of individual players, like Jeter and Rivera (no matter how many times they tormented the Sox). It's hard not to admire that homegrown '90s core that won four WS in five years.
