rather a good example that even the poorer people are getting relatively close to stage and that the rich don't even get seats (at other shows there was reserved seating between the pit and the fence. Those seats were sold for 249-499 Euros)

you can't go wrong with No Filter Pit (unless you want to see the light show)

WHY is this happening?
It certainly wasn't this way for the first 3 shows of the tour...
Could it be a security issue?

At Amsterdam in premium standing it was a nightmare.

They introduced this stupid system in Barcelona and continued it in Amsterdam. They weren't allowing people to enter and stay on Ronnie's side until after the warm-up band had started. Both times it caused a lot of aggravation and is just asking for an accident to happen as tempers flare, people start pushing and shoving and security gets heavy-handed. The previous system where people could access the side of their choice by walking under the catwalk until they closed the access at around 8 p.m. made much more sense.
In Amsterdam, a guy who'd entered Keith's side with his friends went out to get drinks for them all. When he came back, they had finally allowed people to enter Ronnie's side and closed the access to Keith's side, so he was forcibly separated from his friends.
Maybe, but straycatuk is correct.
They did the same in Amsterdam,
As well as in Lucca and Barcelona ....
It was pushing and shoving and Some people allmost fell because of the presure when they finally opened Ronnie’s side.
