Lucca Italy travel and show info - The Rolling Stones No Filter Tour 2017

Show start is expected to be around 20:30 CET (Central European Time), i.e. 8:30pm, which is 7:30pm UK time, 2:30pm EST US East Coast, 11am PST US West Coast, 3:30am next day Tokyo time and 4:30am next day Sydney time.

Yeah, we arein the prato A sector. Its decently busy, and decent crowd. I dont fancy the waiting too much, but its part of the deal with the stones.

Have a great time everyone and look forward to reading all your updates and reports. Without question the most idyllic setting of the tour. I fancied it myself before all the tickets were hoovered up in a flash.

dear all,

our b&b antica residenza in lucca just informed that they overbooked
and „forgot“ our two rooms.

now everything else downtown is full - does anyone know one or two free rooms in walking distance to the show?

i know it‘s improbable.

they offer us accomodation 10km away, but we are without car and with my family.

Sorry to hear.. Guess you will have to look for hotels/b&bs in florence and get there by train after the concerts. What a shame, bet they realized they could charge much higher prices for the rooms and so they 'forgot' yours..

a sad ripoff ..

I'm driving to Pisa with a large car,
get my hotel accomidation and the drive to Lucca (30 minute).

Just got into the apartment thank u little queenie! They charged me an extra 100 because there are three of us but no worries we are thrilled to be here and feeling super lucky! Lucky dips and then this beautiful apartment - la dolce vita for sure!

Just arrived in lucca via train from Florence. Sitting outside the pizzeria with beautiful weather. The stones are in the air. People walking around with T-shirts, music playing everywhere. Who else is here?
